Please note: Service duration may vary depending on hair density, length, and chosen style. Clients are encouraged to arrive with clean, detangled hair unless a wash service is booked.

All braiding services are service-based and non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.

Due to the nature of personal grooming services, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered after a service has been rendered.

Please review the following carefully:

• Payments (including deposits) are final once the service has started

• Dissatisfaction based on style preference, length, size, or aesthetic outcome does not qualify for a refund

• Service times and results may vary depending on hair density, texture, and client requests

Adjustments & Corrections If there is a technical issue directly related to the service (e.g., loose braids or installation concerns), clients must notify us within 48 hours of their appointment. At our discretion, a reasonable adjustment may be offered. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows
