All braiding services are service-based and non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.
Due to the nature of personal grooming services, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered after a service has been rendered.

Dissatisfaction based on style preference, length, size, or aesthetic outcome does not qualify for a refund

Clients are responsible for confirming their selected service, size, and length at the time of booking
Adjustments & Corrections If there is a technical issue directly related to the service (e.g., loose braids or installation concerns), clients must notify us within 48 hours of their appointment. At our discretion, a reasonable adjustment may be offered. No monetary refunds will be issued.
